Checking Vibrations
Meditation establishes a steady the flow of our own inner pure energy, called Kundalini. This flow is nourishing, balancing and strengthening. It purifies our awareness, makes our attention strong and concentrated and establishes physical, emotional and mental balance within us.
This energy can be felt during meditation on your palms and on the top of your head. To feel this energy over your head, raise your left hand 3-5 inches above your head. Keep your hand there for a little bit and try to locate a sensation of a breeze, either cool or hot, emanating from the top of your head. In some cases, you can feel a tingling sensation on your fingertips instead of the breeze.
Put your left hand back on your lap, palm upwards. Repeat the above with the right hand.
